Locum Emergency Department Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre

· Intermediate volume ED with 15 - 25 patients per shift. 4 hours of physician overlap
· Rates during the week are 0800 - 1600 ($1,389), 1400 - 2200 ($ 1,512), 2000 - 0800 ($ 2,347)
· Rates during the weekend 0800 - 1600 ($ 1,523), 1400 - 2200 ($ 1,680), 2000 - 0800 ($ 2,619)
· CTSLPE, WSIB, non-OHIP come on top of the rates above. Also visits through EDLP possible.
· General Surgery, Anesthetist, Infectious Diseases on site. CT, X-ray, and US available 24/7.
· ED supported with mental health counsellor & translator on site.
· First 2 shifts are co- booked with an experienced colleague.

· The perfect place to start your CCFP career in ED. No CCFP-EM required.
· Travel remuneration $540 each way. Travel costs and accommodation are covered.
· Can be combined with hospitalist, clinic in Sioux Lookout, or work in a remote community.

· Direct flights from Thunder Bay or Winnipeg.

· Aug 2, 3, 8, 11, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30 2000-0800
· Aug 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 16, 29 1400 – 2200
· Aug 20, 21, 24 0800 - 1600
· Sept, Oct throughout the month day, evening, and nightshifts available.
