Remuneration
Our Family Health Organizations are remunerated with capitation payments along with fee-for-service. NBRHC family physicians also receive HOCC for on-call participation, stipends for orphaned in-patient care and surgical assisting. NBRHC & the City of North Bay offer a competitive incentive package of up to $50,000 to assist with practice start up and transition to the community assistance with moving expenses and up to $83,000 through the Northern Rural Recruitment & Retention Initiative (NRRRI).
